A timeless piece and essential aquatic companion is Breitling’s newest addition to its diver’s line, the Superocean Heritage Chronograph. Heritage pays tribute to the initial Superocean model in design and aesthetics, but has evolved in technical features and water resistance, among other enhancements. Though designed for professional and special troop military divers, this magnificent timepiece enjoys popularity from leisurely divers as well. Known for its superb performance and construction, this chronograph features a luminescent triangular hour hand that provides magnificent read-off in complete darkness. The self-winding movement provides 1/4th of a second chronograph, 30-minute and 12-hour totalizers, and calendar-housed within a steel 44mm-diameter case. It is chronometer-certified by the COSC and boasts water resistance depths up to 200 meters. The 546-millimeter body is sleek, with a ratcheted unidirectional bezelessential for divers, screw-locked crown, and cambered sapphire and glare-proof glass. The Superocean Heritage Chronograph offers two original wristband options: the Ocean Classic woven steel wristband, paying homage to the initial model, is smooth and daringly stylish as it contrasts with the body; the second option, the Ocean Racer rubber strap, is a sporty tribute the 1960s racing straps. This exclusive band comes in three colors, all of which complement the dial and bezel (blue and bronze): black, blue, and red. Divers, skilled and novice, will no doubt plunge for it.
